I conducted research on potential users by interviewing individuals and seeing the target demographic of some of our competitors. I learned that most of the target user group for our competitors are working business women and men, who are often too busy to order flowers in person for their loved ones, themselves, or for corporate events. Further research revealed that often times individuals do not live in close proximity to a local floral shop, so that is another reason individuals have turned to online platforms for picking out arrangements.
